Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Zen Stone Creations website at zenstonecreations.com, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Zen Stone Creations offers handcrafted natural stone sculptures, planters, home décor, and architectural pieces sourced from artisan workshops in Rajasthan, India.

• All pieces are handcrafted from natural stone. Slight variations in tone, texture, veining, and finish are inherent to natural materials and are not considered defects.
• Product photographs are representative. Actual pieces may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural character of the stone.
• Custom sizes and bespoke finishes are available upon request and subject to separate terms agreed in writing.

Ordering a piece works as follows:

• Checkout: Add pieces to your cart, enter your shipping address (or choose local pickup), choose a FedEx shipping option, then pay securely through Stripe. Orders that include a freight piece are submitted as a freight quote request and paid by invoice once you approve the freight cost.
• Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email. We will contact you within 48 hours to arrange delivery or a pickup time.
• Pieces priced on request: Items marked "Quoted" or with variable pricing are sold by quote — use "Request Pricing" and we will reply with a quote.

• 30-day returns: You may return an item within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a refund of the purchase price.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Shipping fees: Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Freight-size pieces: Returns of freight-shipped pieces must be approved in advance so we can arrange return pickup.
• Final sale: Custom sizes, custom finishes, and quoted pieces cannot be returned.
• Damaged in transit: If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will work to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

To start a return, contact dolly@zenstonecreations.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping or billing address.
• Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
• Quoted and custom orders may be paid by bank transfer, Stripe, or other agreed method.

• Products are shipped from India to our Bay Area, California location.
• Estimated delivery is the third week of December 2026. Timelines may vary due to international shipping, customs processing, and logistics beyond our control.
• We will notify customers of any significant delays.
• FedEx shipping: Smaller pieces ship by FedEx from Fremont, CA. At checkout, enter your full shipping address to see the available FedEx services, prices and transit times from our FedEx account; you choose one before paying. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is quoted separately.
• Freight: Pieces over approximately 150 lb packed, or too large for parcel carriers, ship by freight. At checkout you submit a freight quote request instead of paying; we obtain freight rates and email you the exact cost (insured, crated, with residential liftgate delivery if needed) together with an invoice. Nothing is charged until you approve and pay that invoice, and your order is confirmed only then. Crating is included at no charge.
• Local pickup: Free local pickup is available in Fremont, Bay Area.

Zen Stone Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
