Shipping & Returns

Our current estimated delivery is the third week of December 2026. Pieces are handcrafted in Rajasthan, India and shipped to our Bay Area, California location before they are sent on to you.

Timelines may vary with international shipping, customs processing and logistics beyond our control. We will let you know of any significant delay.

• Free parcel shipping (limited time): Smaller pieces ship free within the contiguous United States.
• Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping is quoted separately — please contact us before ordering.
• Freight-size pieces: Pieces over approximately 150 lb packed ship by freight. Shipping shows as $0 at checkout; after purchase we email you a freight quote that includes insurance and residential liftgate delivery. Freight is charged separately and only with your approval.
• Crating: Included at no charge on freight shipments.
• Mixed orders: If your cart contains both parcel and freight pieces, the parcel pieces ship free and we quote freight for the larger pieces.

Choose Local Pickup at checkout to collect your order free of charge in Fremont, Bay Area. We will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a pickup time.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping or billing address. All prices are in US Dollars.

• 30-day returns: You may return an item within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a refund of the purchase price.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Shipping fees: Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Freight-size pieces: Returns of freight-shipped pieces must be approved in advance so we can arrange a return pickup.
• Final sale: Custom sizes, custom finishes and quoted pieces cannot be returned.

To start a return, email dolly@zenstonecreations.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the piece and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

Every piece is carved by hand from natural stone. Slight variations in tone, texture, veining and finish are part of its character and are not considered defects.
